First Interstate Pavilion

The First Interstate Pavilion is a wonderful space to have company picnics, summer family reunions or weddings offering shelter and beautiful green space.

$150 per Event Day ($50 per set-up/tear-down day)
$120 per Event Day for Non-Profit Groups (burden of proof of 501c status falls on the lessee in order to receive discounted rate)
$25 per hour if only needed a portion of an event day

North Midway

Beautiful area with landscaping and gardening all around. Great space for outdoor company picnics, farmers markets and much more!

$250 per Event Day ($50 per set-up/tear-down day)

South Midway

South Midway offers a huge green space perfect for RV Rally's, Dog Shows, Livestock Shows and so much more.

$1000 per Event Day ($100 per set-up/tear-down day)
$800 per Event Day for Non-Profit Groups (burden of proof of 501c status falls on the lessee in order to receive discounted rate)

$600 for HALF the South Midway per Event Day ($50 for HALF per set-up/tear-down day)
$480 for HALF the South Midway per Event Day for Non-Profit Groups (burden of proof of 501c status falls on the lessee in order to receive discounted rate)

South Midway Mall

The newest addition to our fairgrounds with the help of Stimson Lumber, North Idaho Fair Foundation and CDA Rotary Club.

Building 7 Lawn

The Building 7 lawn is located in the middle of Event Buildings 1,2, 3, 4 and 7 making it the perfect addition to your indoor events.

$100 per Event Day ($20 per set-up/tear-down day)
$80 per Event Day for Non-Profit Groups (burden of proof of 501c status falls on the lessee in order to receive discounted rate)

Main Parking Lot & Entrance

The main parking lot is often times used for various groups to provide training which requires large space.

$300 per Event Day
$240 per Event Day for Non-Profit Groups (burden of proof of 501c status falls on the lessee in order to receive discounted rate)

Tree Park

This beautiful space is filled with mature trees, conveniently located near Building 1 with great parking.

$200 per Event Day ($50 per set-up/tear-down day)
$160 per Event Day for Non-Profit Groups (burden of proof of 501c status falls on the lessee in order to receive discounted rate)
